Sungkyunkwan University with 625-year history is a prestigious school that inherits the long history and tradition of Sungkyunkwan, the academic institution in the era of Joseon Dynasty. Korean Language Center of Sungkyun Language Institute is an affiliated institute of Sungkyunkwan University. Our education goal is nurturing talented students who will be a great addition to the international community and the prosperity of mankind.

We feature 6 sessions a year and 8 weeks per session unlike other university Korean centers. The structure is tailored for learners seeking an intensive course where they can achieve language levels in a short time in a more efficient way.

Our experienced instructors are dedicated to course and textbook development based on their instructional methods and research over years. They also carefully manage student attendance and learning attitudes.

In the light of global demand to learn Korean, SLI is striving to contribute to active exchanges, mutual understanding and communication with the international community. We have been one of sponsors to Korean speech contests.

We forecast that Korean learners will be constantly rising by Korean culture wave. Now we have students from 30 different countries, which is our key reason to strengthen quality of education. We built up education setting with a state-of-art facility for the past few years to be aligned with rapidly changing era.

SLI, a Korean center of Sungkyunkwan University, aims to contribute to the development of Korean language education and play a key role in the cultural development of the global community.
